Sorry to quote myself but while you lot are comparing willies the agency who had 16384 capacity on HP in HHP Planning Approval has called for a six month delay. Will be interesting to see how JBs fanclub try and defend his decision to go for joint application. |

| So Brent's unnecessary gamble has predictably backfired? |

| So because Brent decided he HAD to lump the two developments into one it now means the new grandstand is once again delayed? Yet if the grandstand had been a seperate application all would probably have been fine? |

I was hoping that would just slip by like everything else seems to. |

Sorry to disappoint you GG, but while procedural detail does very often decide matters, big willies also have a part to play. In fact, if this didn't involve the football club, this whole thing would have zero chance of passing muster, hence the hybrid gamble. And that's before we even start thinking about the council depot/stapleton patch etc that is currently under negotiation. And on top of that there is the spare willie at the wedding, 2020, which PCC are wedded to unfortunately. |

| Graham has just made that point to the thread on the 'other site'. I await for the blame being squarely laid at the feet of all the 'usual suspects' |

| Leave the park alone. Move to another area. Build something proper. |

But that is the problem............it is now tied in with the HHP plans which are delayed for 6 months. Needlessly. The desperation for an updated Grandstand should not be a reason to make rash mistakes with the rest of the land. I will not be posting again on this site. Is this 6 months delay a PASOTI fact or other than the comments last night, have I missed some news somewhere? Nope, Pasoti fact I believe. Me - good news, no six month delay |

| Whoever thinks it's just pasoti fact obviously hasn't read Highways England's response, which is available for anybody to see in the consultee comments on the PCC planning site. |

| It's there clear as day, the highways recommend a 6 month delay to the application.
Granted that does not mean at this stage the development has actually been delayed; however highways is not somebody PCC can ignore so will form a significant part in their decision. |

| Alarming how many people don't seem to understand that the plans include office space for 200 (that's TWO HUNDRED) people. Or that that's why there's a problem with Highways England (well, that and relying on documentation from the old, expired permission). Or that that's one of the reasons why people like me are kicking off about parking.
Brent was obviously right to think that if he lumped everything into one application lots of fans wouldn't look any further than the Argyle bit. But not right to assume that all the educated wankers, who actually read stuff, had been silenced. |

| Oh, Brent wants to start a right little High Street high rent town use area, bust right through the whole idea of what parklands and their environs are about. Nasty selfish piece of work. It's not just about football fans. Anyway, the real problem is "his" HHP car park is just about designated brown field due to recent shit. This is a wider planning issue that is going on all over the country and a deliberate policy of the present government Brent supports. All part of the big sell off. |

| "Just get it built" "eee saved us so I don't mind him making money of the club" Versus Graham Clark's brilliance plus a few others and the stubborn resistance of a growing number. James Brent, Ian Newell, Chris Webb, Adolf Harper, PL2, Postey,Sue the bucket rattler, GA1984, XIsle, De Liar, Forza Nerd, GT's, Mugs with their faces on GOS every other week. Your boys took a hell of a beating, a hell of a beating. |
