Probably stages 1 and 2. i just pray we dont have a group of sheep outside the civic centre cheering this decision like with the other grandstand plan that was a clusterfuck whn pcc grant this sunday league stand planning. Lets be honest, PCC will grant it as they are thick as shit towards brent. where is the ice rink arena brent? when is the pavillions being probably decorated now?. |

| [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]has to be said at least exeter city have ambition for what they can do with sid james park given he restrictions surrounding the ground. we have zero excuses with our quite frankly pathetic plans which ill say again conveniently dont touch the carpark at all so brent is planning something there. |

| More worrying imho, is the fact that his chief pig will, without doubt, be telling his master that the vast majority of the pig army love the plans for the refurb. Mr Brent in his naivety will of course lap everything up Nool tells him and crack on with phase 1 in the mind that he's delivered something spectacular. Naive, amateur, clueless. PAFC - the only club in the world where going backwards is the new going forward. Pissed off with this whole grandstand debacle. |

which is why pasoti is working overtime getting people to like getting shafted. Also suspect the reason why brent heldd this viewing today and yesterday so most fans wouldnt go due to bank holiday plans and asked people to not post pictures off it even brents own paper was cause he knew fans wouldn't buy into it. the snide want to keep it as hush hush as possible get it through the application process and then reveal it all knowing it would too late for fans to speak out. |

| Speaking as someone who has always had empathy for a new and old mix, and was waiting to see just what was planned, I'm just flabbergasted.
Outside of a few boneheads that exist in all walks of life, who can actually think this is good for the club ?
Disguising what is basically an internal refurb as the completion of a 4 sided ground is frankly insulting. Stage 1 and stage 2 indeed ? Yeah, ok.
What made me actually laugh out aloud was the plans actually still showing those two outrageous pleb pissoirs behind the Mayflower are still planned to be in use after £5 million. Says it all I think, My overall judgement ? Overdue refurb of internal facilities, along with the huge bulk going to a profit centre for Brent and Hallet with their 7 day a week "conferencing" facility. We've seen just recently from the Liverpool thing just how easily club profit can just be appropriated anywhere the company owners like. My bet will be match day income from the new facility will be for football, all other days will be funnelled elsewhere. O, and the biggest mortgage Argyle have ever had. Happy for Si that's he's found a sort of safe haven for his stash for when the crunch unfolds for global finance. The global pirates have seen the storm of their making on its way and are putting into port to hide their booty in amongst local communities, hoping no one will notice. |

The non developing property developer hasn't disappointed in his lack of vision and level of disdain for the fans with these proposals. As one of the bonehead contributors stated in the brentherald today, this proposed plan will be hard to change, if it goes ahead. Unless of course we have a proper owner come in and raise the rusting asbestos ridden pile of scrap to the ground and do a proper job. BRENT OUT |

| The usual dullards and sycophants on pasoti think 16-17k is ample as our average crowds in L2 have been less than that. The 18-19k crowds that we got in the L1 promotion push and for a good number of Championship games seems not to matter. But their views is what brent only wants to hear and what brent will only get to hear.
These plans are at least as bad as the original ministand and maybe even worse. The fact that brent put those cheap looking last minute produced graphics for the mythical 'stage 2' out with the actual architects drawings for 'stage 1' looked to me like a attempt at deception.
BRENT OUT NOW |

| Anybody worked out the repayment per annum to SH? Having looked at the plans yesterday I can't see how such an unambitious corporate area is going to attract the 365 day usage they need.
Still worried what JB has planned for his plot on HHP. Can't believe the flattened Village area will become parking. The clearance had better be included in planning application. |

| As suggested on JLFC. If we're borrowing £5million over 30 years, why not borrow £10 over a billion years and do a proper job and do away with this mythical proposal from Sir Brentalot and his merry band of bin dippers!

BRENT OUT NOW Actually Freathy, there seemed to be even quite a few of the mentally challenged yesterday who were looking at the plans, according to the comments in the Brentherald who were also somewhat negative and having doubts that phase 2 might not actually happen - surely not? Yep the prospect of a hideously refurbed sixty year old stand sitting there for several more years waiting for 'phase 2' beckons. And of course as mentioned, the village car park area is not talked about in the plans, clearly Green Jim and silent Si have some kind of 'transparent' plan tucked away This is classic argo - village plans for village fans. |

| I'm told that the Pavillions was done out very nicely for the promotion celebration evening, is it so overbooked for 21st century non match day hospitality that Jims thinks another venue at HP is a banker financially? |

| There was never ever a call for a large hotel in Central Park either. But then, the hotel wasn't the whole story with Lord Jim's intended mission creep. One look at the new planning guidelines and regulations will show you that it is a very small almost unstoppable step to close down an hotel and change the use to residential, where the big redevelopment bucks are. He tried to bully more residential units than originally agreed out of Torbay Council and failed. We're watching you Jim, we, being the local community. |
