So to date you're quite happy with the ongoing fiasco of a development thats been on the cards for what 4 years now with never a brick laid and the latest outright scam to blindside the terminally dim witted, with a non existant non costed stage 2. I wouldn't want to take your comment the wrong way...

This "development" as you say started when Hallett and his wife made money available to "update" the existing grandstand.....stage two has just caused confusion....showing how they would continue at a later stage....when money became available.....and it has been interpreted by many as "going to happen"....when in fact PAFC were just thinking aloud....they should of mentioned it further down the line....when stage one was being completed.

I would be very disappointed if stage one doesn't go ahead.....Brent has passed the baton over to Hallett who is fronting the money for it.....We all know that James Brent's track record for "building" is not his strongest field...so taking the grandstand away from him means he can concentrate with his other "builds".... raised eyebrow

isnt Akkerons "developement " bloke meant to be on the Working Group ? Im pretty sure that Brent and his Akkeron mob will the ones concentrating on the new NON -build.

I would not be shocked if the all of Halletts wedge gets swallowed up by "fees"and we're still left with an eyesore of a grandstand. Any other club Brent would have been met with serious opposition but this is the city that has the highest percentage of trade to the EU in the U.K. and overwhelming voted to leave it.

I would not be shocked to find it actually commences but stops when unforseen problems arise and then as you say left with an eyesore of a grandstand to rot

Maybe stage one is as much as a fantasy as stage 2 was. We can hope.

I wait for a better day when we have a proper owner.
