| Sterling off, Rooney feckin wise up, Hart should have saved. All over Wales then that FFS! Ramsey great player, as for Bale he'd walk into any squad. |

| And, I don't understand Bale in a midfield role. He's not an old tart like Rooney. Get him up the pitch if you want to win, Wales. |

| Well done to Roy for the substitutions, earned his corn today. Far from convinced about England as a major force but maybe they'll be more fluent against a team that doesn't park the bus. |

| Can't argue with that but we top the group. TBF Rooney shouldn't have given the free kick and Hart should have saved it, other than that Wales parked the bus and paid the price, geddon. |

I support any British or Irish team in a football tournament, as I like the way we play football., or used to play it, perhaps. So, a win win situation for me with this sort of game. The best team won. I'm not sure if Wales parked the bus or England closed them down and pressured. On occasion three England players descended on one lone Welsh midfielder. Good game to watch. Proper footy. Enjoyed that. |

| I'd like to see Sturridge start instead of Sterling and Wilshere in place of Ali. We aren't moving the ball about quickly enough. |

| Deserved win but still a struggle against an average side. Hart at fault for their goal, great strike but shouldn't be beaten from 35 yards. Pressure told in the end but there is still a lack of quality getting balls into the box.
Most danger came from Kyle Walker - two very good games for him. |

| Hart was deffo at fault for their goal. The shot was never even any wider than the edge of the middle two quarters of the goal and should have been easily saved.
Is a wall even needed from that far out? Wouldn't the manpower be best used elsewhere - sticking a man on both posts maybe?
OK if you did that the off-side would be negated as a defensive tactic but even if Hart had fumbled it the postman would have easily cleared the ball.
Or would the attacking team line up as a wall to both obscure vision and to give the free kick taker a target to shoot around or over? |

| England deserved that, but it was a nail-biter. Slovakia will not be a walk in the park, but England to win 2-0.

Comon skinny I usually agree with you but Kane looked like he had lead in his shorts and did in the last game, Stirling was rubbish in both games and Roy should have made subs against Russia and we paid the price. Vardy has earnt his place in the squad and finished the season on fire we should have seen him before now. Roy's an old fart he plays too safe, young guns should be allowed to go for it. |

Kane is 22 and Sterling 20,which isn't exactly verging on senility. Don't agree about the subs against Russia either, the failure to win was nothing to do with that-it was the lack of quality in finishing and their keeper having a worldie that were the real causes. |

| Too many blaming Hart in my opinion yesterday......He dare not move too quickly for fear Bale would do exactly the same as he did in their first game......In that one the keeper moved in anticipation with in addition Bale swerving it the opposite way.....Hart knew full well that was quite possible yesterday as well Dont deny he probably should have saved it though
