As an aside, I don't think any football person should be hemmed in with having to be a role model. Why do football coaches and players have to behave better than anyone else ? They might be paid a bit, but it's still worse than the army. Who would be an employee today if they could possibly avoid it ? When you don your work togs, expect to be treated worse than an animal. That's the beauty of this site, we can moan and feck to anybody that doesn't like it. Who said anything about footballers and role models, not me, just stating if players didn't cheat then the refs could make a better judgement, but any player doing a triple salchow following a little tap should anticipate not getting the decision he's cheating for, as for the rest of your post |

| What is your avatar showing Graiser. Is it the sea wall that disappeared a while back? _______________________________________ I'm one of the common people so says the wife! Yes it is, taken the day after the first storm, if you look closely you can just make out the original sea wall before the railway was built |

| Am supremely confident we'll knock over Pompey tomorrow and march onwards. I said exactly a month ago today whilst still looking for 2/3rd spot that this season had a Wembley Final Victory stamped all over it 20 years after the last.... Matt walking away from a head butt, the absence of quite possibly 3 red cards on Thursday, Argyles Pitch back to 80%, the clear bias of Sky Sports, and a packed house has victory all over it..... |

Just been up there to take Homeslice Junior to his weekly swimming lesson and there's not a parking space to be found in any of the car parks - on either side of the Life Centre. If whatever's causing the congestion continues into tomorrow it could be all fun and games when 16000 Argyle fans rock up in the afternoon. |

| A PLEA FROM ARGYLE PLEASE note the following advice, is attending Sunday's Sky Bet League 2 Play-Off semi-final second leg at Home Park . THE match kicks off at 6pm. However, the game is sold out, so please take care to arrive early and ease anticipated pressure on the Home Park turnstiles. USE public transport, whenever possible. Stagecoach will be operating a Park & Ride scheme from the George Junction and Coypool before and after the game. Locations can be found at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]FREE parking is available adjacent to the ground, but this will fill up very early. Street parking in the area is available, but please take care to note local restrictions. TURNSTILES to the Mayflower, Grandstand, Devonport End, Lyndhurst and Barn Park end all open at 4.30pm. THE Family Zone for All is not open for the game. PLEASE make sure you sit in the seat that corresponds to the number on your ticket. Anyone found in a seat or an area where they should not be could be ejected from the ground. RECEPTION at Home Park will be open from noon. THE Argyle Ticket Office will open at 10am on match-day morning for collections. THE Superstore at Home Park will also be open from 10am. ON police advice, we will not be selling alcohol from the concourse serveries during the half-time interval.IT is a criminal offence to enter a sports ground whilst drunk and to bring alcohol into the ground. Anyone trying to enter Home Park whilst drunk will be refused entry and anyone found attempting to bring alcohol into the ground will be handed to the police. There is a three-year football banning order linked to these offences. FANS are asked to be mindful of the Home Park ground regulations and refrain from entering the field of play before, during or after any game. Pitch incursions pose a threat to the safety of players, officials and spectators and will result in the Pilgrims being disciplined by the Football Association. Such incidents have resulted in clubs being charged and subsequently fined up to £200,000 by Regulatory Commissions. THE following articles must not be brought into the ground: knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety |

| I can see this game being even more cagey and edgy than the first.
I think it will only be a one goal advantage thats sees the winners progress - 1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 4-3. I reckon whoever scores the first goal will go on to win the match. The sides are so close to each other, you could not fit a rolly paper between them.
A big crowd tomorrow and most of the Argyle fans will expect a performance. I just hope that Argyle do not freeze (they weathered the storm on Thursday in front of a big crowd) on the occasion.
Too close to call for such an important game.
Not selling alcohol during half-time, scandalous.

| It's all in the head when teams are on a par. At this level, the two most talented players on the park will be Carey and Matt. Where's Roobs ? I wonder which Home Park crowd will turn up ? Not the false Webb inspired nonsense, I hope. I'm off to Totnes for some postponed Mayday music.
