Sometimes when you cry
No one sees your tears

Sometime when you are in pain
No one feels your hurt

Sometimes when you are worried
No one sees your stress

Sometimes when you ar Happy
No one joins your laughter

What a great day
At Oxford away
5-1 the score
But should have been more

There once was a site on the web
Where posters asked things of Chris Webb
He threw out his toys
Returned to his boys
And now he just tweets as a celeb!

Cheers Peggy

On pitch, off pitch, internet forums,

Banter, bullying, so many pseudonyms,

Egos, control, lurk in the background,

Agendas, conspiracies, wind ups and trolling,

3 points, 1 point, no points at all,

League 1, League 2, non league oblivion,

Meetings, gatherings, song sheets for singing,

Flags that are bigger than anything ever,

Time to get a life, away from the net,

Shower and change then off to the pub,

3 points tomorrow, that’s all it’s about,

Until tomorrow, you know I’ll be back.

Roses are green (don't like red)

I'm going to check under my bed

Mock might be there! Stalking me.

The missus will hit him on the head

She's big and brave after a bottle of red (or white)

"There's a Big Gay Bear
In our Frigidaire--
He likes it 'cause it's cold in there.
With his seat in the meat
And his face in the fish
And his big hairy paws
In the buttery dish,
He's nibbling the noodles,
He's munching the rice,
He's slurping the soda,
He's licking the ice.
And he lets out a roar
If you open the door.
And it gives me a scare
To know he's in there--
That Big Gay Bear
In our Fridgitydaire."

There once was a young Green erection,
Deployed without using protection,
Fans may well soon see,
A new green buggy,
Beside the Home Park family section

Another Friday; another dollar,
come on you poets-gimme a holler.

Who cares what league,
Who cares who's scored!
I only worry,
about the GAS Board...

Friday morning... Pre Saturday mourning.

Football rite... Plymouth Argyle right?

Home Park the altar... A Pilgrim never to alter!

I wandered as lonely as a cloud
On Pasoti I was not allowed
I joined ATD; it made me proud
I just farted and it was very loud

Does Carl need a mentor?
it's not something I'd mock
I'd rather a manager
like Neil Warnock

Tomorrow's game,
another defeat shorely?
I'd take a point
against a 'top' team like Crawley

Any thoughts, my green legionnaire cohorts?

It's off to the Cherry Tree,
For Cerbs, little Peggy and me,
A drink and a chat
about this and about that
Then off to the match at three

All welcome!

I'd like us to score
And then one more.
Though in the league they may be best
I think that they will score one less.

Of forums I know
This is cross-fertilisation
But it's done so there will be no
Misapprehension
That my predictions are crap
And so is my rhyming.

Hope you guys have fun in the Cherry Tree
Have been there many times, me.
I will meet you lot one day for sure
Although, being an Aviva, you may well find me a bore!

Be you an Aviva,
Be you a bear,
Just come on down,
We just couldn't care.

There was a young lady called Zee,
Who posted most pleasantly,
She gave us a song,
Whilst wearing a thong,
At the bar of the old Cherry tree.

Crawley will certainly score
maybe three or even four
so its bottom of the league once more.
