Changed my daughter's phone provider to O2 because she never had service when she needed it.

The old company were very unhelpful until I lost my temper and threatened to cancel the DD. I still owe them for the next bill.

Yes always a mistake putting on to much weight......you should start with lighter weights on the bar...then build up over a period.....

although in the pub it's better to start with the heavy weights on the bar and make a switch after a few 'reps' to lighter measures........
