The work I started at the end of January, Kitchen is 95% refitted, dinning part 99% finish and the sitting room 50%.

Good for you bhey. I've hired a few people over the years nearly always as self employed, I didn't have to but but I always paid sick pay and always paid holiday pay, result I never had problems if we needed to work overtime, weekends or bank holidays, what goes around comes around.
