I would suggest that if you do finally obtain a position of comfort acceptable to yourself, get a permanent marker and draw round the area on your desk for future reference. As regards the chair position, I'm afraid there are far too many variables ( floor material, wheeled chair etc) for me to be able to offer any sound and reliable advice. I'm sorry. |
