| As previously discussed, Brent only allowing 12 month contracts is not a good start in the loyalty stakes. Even when we get lucky signing the likes of Carey, I can see Brent's miserly way of doing things will find some way to bite the club. Carey's loyalty will be to his old boss only, not the club. Still, that's miles away at the moment. Delighted for Adams yet again. He really has changed things for the better quicker than anyone since Holloway ten years ago. Seems an affable candid sort too. |

They were nothing special down here, in spite of the eulogies flying around afterwards-as obvious a case of star struckness [probably a made up word but whatever] as there's ever been. Great win today, well done DA and the team. He certainly seems to be getting to grips with the the long standing problem of the non scoring midfield which has plagued Argyle for years. Much more of this and it may be time to get the season ticket again. I'm naaaat a praaaaaaper fan! Argyle now third. |

| Well done Argo.
Hope Roobs injury isn't too serious but also hope Del Bhey can convince Mrs Pension Pot and her miserly hubby to release the purse strings if needed (well they are elsewhere anyhow). |

| Great win away from home and a clean sheet too can't go wrong with that.

Derek Adams said the injury to Reuben Reid was not serious and hopes he will be fit to play against Newport next Saturday Also, Gregg Wylde was taken off at half-time because of a slight thigh strain but, again, it is not though to be a serious problem |

| Seems promising doesn't it?
I'll be convinced when I see us win a game that we've been losing. |

Also, Gregg Wylde was taken off at half-time because of a slight thigh strain but, again, it is not though to be a serious problem Not a serious problem at the moment, but such is the threadbare nature of the squad thanks to Mr Austerity Brent, if injuries do start to take players out of the squad for any length of time results will probably suffer. If everyone stays fit then I can see us being towards the top end, but that's a very big if. It'll be a shame if lack of investment in the squad costs us promotion. Now where have we heard that before? |
