| Interesting nletter in tonight's erald by a B Connell against bretonside and the mayflower coach park. What makes it interesting is that it is almost an exact verbose of the standard pafc anti bretonside rant

| In my view, the development at HHP, including the grandstand, needs to stand or fall on its own merit.
Bretonside should be considered independently.
There should be scope for both projects to happen. The city certainly needs the investment.

| This government has hugely relaxed planning laws. Basically if a scheme can be funded it must be allowed to be built. The ability of a council to refuse planning permission is restricted to almost nothing just as long as it isn't on a green belt or similar. Being a city centre location and offering what it does Bretonside will go through and even if PCC declined permission it would be taken to court and would lose in the end.
There's little more to it than that and Brent will be very aware that that is the case.
Objections can and will come down to nothing. If British Land has the money, as would appear to be the case, then the scheme goes ahead just as soon as they get their shit together.
Bretonside offers the right stuff in the right location and will either prosper or fall on its own merits as they emerge just like HHP which offered the wrong things in the wrong place did. |

| In all seriousness Plymouth can handle two Multiplex's easily. There is enough footfall for a city this size. Reading and many other towns of Plymouth size have at least two. Vue at cattedown have an effective monopoly at the moment . both the reel cniema and hhp are singld screen jobs that are not even in the same class. |

HHP was dead.....................long ago All that we are waiting for now is official confirmation, and the inevitable administration once the reluctant one fecks off. |

| So how does administration get rid of those people on PASOTI and why would we risk our clubs potential liquidation to get rid of a piss poor supporters website. I don't quite understand that |

HHP was dead.....................long ago All that we are waiting for now is official confirmation, and the inevitable administration once the reluctant one fecks off. The resignation has undoubtedly confirmed that Brent wants out now there is no money to be made. But he won't put the club into administration - certainly not when there is an opportunity to make the money back on a buy and sell deal on the ground to make good the losses. We have a window to work with PCC on the ACV whilst Tudor is still in charge. |

The Brenties fail to see that all of HHP is designed to line his pockets not the clubs. Admin is coming regardless |
