| What a good first half performance, passing and movement, width from the full backs, and goals from the front two. Did what we had to second half, never looked in danger of conceding.
Very impressive in front of the cameras. Mellor MOM for me, very good in the wing back role. |

| fantastic game we were very impressive and i hope the reluctant one sees that if argyle play well and win at home then more will come to home park even if the game is on sky.... I dont see the point in giving my raiting and review as most would have seen teh game today so its utterly pointless.
There was a Nice little display at the beginning of the game with poppy banners and a vicar talkig into a crap microphone. I barely heard the marine band i have to say, putting a microphone down near them like they do at twickenham perhaps should be remembered for next year.
i must ask a trust member if the national anthem singing was planned as many in my block didnt realise it was going on till half way through. |

| Royal Marine band excellent, minutes silence impeccable, Argyle angels embarrassing FCOL. Very good 1st half won us the game, Pompey rarely threatened and when they did they didn't really trouble Luke. Special praise for Kellett and Mellor as wingbacks and Lewi and Reid up top. Also a decent display from McHugh who looks a quality CB. 2nd half less spactacular but we'd already destroyed Pompey in the 1st so didn't need to be too gung ho, hit the bar(smalley I think) and post(Smalley defo) but apart from that saw the game out in a very comfortable fashion. Portsmouth were shite and on that performance will be lucky to finish in the top half. Sherries green dream machine up to 4th 3 beers for breakfast and a couple more now before the England game, so far a thoroughly enjoyable day |

As for the Argyle Angels they are getting worse every game and i cant phantom why the club insists on keeping them when no one bothers to react to them defeating the whole point in having cheerleaders. They dont have to be Dallas Cowboys standard of cheerleaders but at least come up with something new every home game otherwise you may aswell go and joing the fanfests and wear uniforms that are more fitting than skin tight football shirts. |
