Due to the rain and wind forecast, a damp squib 0-0 (or a postponed/abandoned game).

Which Reid please...

If you do not tell me and either score, I will not give you the goal scorer points should your predicted score be a correct one.

I did state that people should say which Reid it is when BR was here the first time. When he went back to BCFC there was no need, now he is back, it would help for people to say RR or BR. Most have done that.

No new rules have been added as such (only for the positions in the league tables, which will now include correct scores predicted correctly for those on the same points and this is after the problem of having some in the top four who had the same points in the first phase). I also said in August that goal scorer points would only be included if a correct score was predicted. All have now understood that.

I believe that is a fair way to do it.

As for the other change, i did state that once you make a prediction, it must stick (no re-predicting). I have to write all the predictions down, along with who the goal scorer/s may be, then i have write down the current points and league positions next to each of you. It makes doing the league tables easier to do.

God, this predicting game is only a bit of fun. It is a learning curve for me also, as i am trying to be fair to all taking part.

If you do not wish to carry on then that is your right.

Feck me, radical prediction or what !!

A buddy of mine died last week. He always, without fail, predicted that The Mighty Green Army were about to beat whoever they were up against next 8-2. This week's prediction was a tribute to him as he sits up there on his cloud looking down at us mortals getting all stressed about stuff that really don't matter that much most of the time.

So sorry to hear that your mate died. I have had a few of my mates die over the past few years and it is an awful feeling.
