Time to get this off the ground again.  Resume of the rules, forecast the result of Argyles next game 1 point awarded for correct result, 3 points awarded for correct score, 1 point for each scorer, but you must have correct score first.  You do not have to name scorers.  Competition will be in 3 phases of 15 games.  3 phase winners plus best other will take part in end of season play off's.  First game Southend United (away) next Saturday.  Off you go then.

Southend 1 Argyle 2 Boco and Morgan. Don't think they will be as strong as last year.

You say one point for each scorer, but then you say you do not need to name scorers. How does that work?

I presume he means you don't have to put the scorer if you don't want to, as it'll only count if you get the exact score correct. Would make more sense to me to count correct scorers for all peeps.

Anyway. I think Southend will be gash this year under Phil Brown.

1v1 Wotton for Argo

You have to get the right score first (3 points)  then a bonus point available for each scorer named and ONLY the scorer(s), in the past people have named the whole team!  Thus you don't HAVE to bother with the scorers as you please and just accept the 3 points for the score.

Sometimes a special bonus is declared, when we play Exeter and Torquay for instance. The decision is mine alone.

Pete ..thanks for that...so scorers only count if you predict the correct score and not the result...thats pretty tough in the normal course of events.very very few people are able to predict the correct score...and then only allowing those who predict the correct score to be the only ones who are then allowed to predict a scorer on top of that is even more tough...you've got too many rules I'm out..

Can't stand the heat? Smile

I think I would be right in saying that I didn't get even a result correct last season let alone a score.
