| I totally accept Grovehill's point so the whole point of getting Albion in, incorporating an Ice Arena which could double as a basketball court and so on is to increase the number of hours such a facility is used and, more to the point, can be more or less guaranteed to be used.
The ice rink would mean regular usage throughout the week and evenings, an ice hockey team would mean X many fixtures, the Raiders Y more, Albion Z more again.
Before you know it what wasn't economical at 400 hours breaks even at 600 and makes a fortune beyond that. |

| There's no reason why a 'supporters bar' couldn't be busy when Argyle aren't playing if done correctly, ie, reasonably priced food and drink, a child friendly area so you could take the kids, large screen TV's showing live sports, take today for example, bucketloads of sport on one channel or another, football, rugby and whatever else. Surely on a day like today it'd get used, take the missus and kids, bit of sunday lunch and a drink, watch a match, missus and kids could spend an hour walking around the park, you get the idea, I'd use it |

given the area and what is there the club would make a killing having a cafe in the daytime sportsbar on the evenings and matchdays. However only small drawback that any licence prem may have is the impact it would have on the brit. |

| Why don't we just look at the facilities other clubs have put in, see what works and copy that. |

| As for the Stand I expect Tudor will nip to Argos and buy 200 Garden Sheds, run to B and Q and buy 50 gallons of Green Paint.
So we will have a line of 100 Argos Sheds with the Executive Boxes stacked on top with step ladders for access. You do know all the superfans will want the loftier perches so they can poop on the proles under em right? |

Oh do come on Angers, I know you guys embrace the dependency culture down there in the benefits capital of Deb'n but out here in the real world people don't expect something for nothing. You didn't pay your debts, you didn't pay for your ground, you didn't pay for your pitch and now it seems you want to return to the ratepayer cookie jar for yet more, FFS respect yourselves, pay your way in this world, you will feel better about yourselves in the long run. |
