James Brent could hand him a cold turd and he'd still say thank you and lick his arse.
Fake socialist in bed with Tory Boy for his own narcissistic status craving needs.

What kind of backward city allows a wanker like that to have even a modicum of credibility?

Webby really manages to put the 'sick' in sycophant, doesn't he?

The whole piece is just an elongated swipe at people he doesn't even know for having the temerity to worry that the club is begging to borrow £800,000 for an unspecified reason.

"The animals looked from pig to human, and from human to pig, but they could not tell which was which...."

Incidentally, Ian Newell has my full name, home address and bank account details, so hopefully The Chris Webb's little dig at anonymity is treated as the bullshit it is. Deepthroat pillock.

Wasn't he on here with his pasoti pals threatening to beat the shit of certain posters?
A fine and classy way for a club President to behave..

Notice how one or two of the sly Superfans have gone to ground to protect their forthcoming political/election interests... google reveals a certain person turned down quite convincingly to be a candidate for a seat in east kent last general election... didn't appear to make a good impression with the local party office either :-D

I feel Chris should give credit where credit is due. Credit for his last paragraph should go to Theodore Roosevelt ( a great president of the USA) who gave a speech entitled "Citizenship in a Republic" at the Sorbonne in Paris on April 23rd 1910 after Paris had suffered from major flooding.

This was a speech which ran for some 59 minutes and takes up approximately 14 pages. It goes on to talk about the press and it's ability to influence the general public, amongst many other things. Although slightly hard going, as it's in early 20th century speak, it is still relevant today. I suggest some of you may find it interesting.

Which is worse cowering behind a keyboard or cowering behind the bedstead?  I think we should be told.

Funny how the ardent left wing Union boy suddenly changes tack to embrace the Conservative role model Brent.

The whiff of power does corrupt.
