| So how was 2013-14 for you.. My view on the games i went to see saw mixed results, some good football, some dire football and some unusual football. Add the strange tactics by JS and it really was a roller coaster of a season. The good away support [credit to the GA] features highly in my season, amazing !!. Home crowds were somewhat subdued though. I am still pig sick with the way the season has ended, after the form from December that led to a rise in the League Two table. As i have said before, Argyle blew the chance to get into the POs.. In reflection i suppose that was an omen, as they could have lost in the two legged affair, or even worse, losing at Wembley. Off field matters still dominate and the continuing silence from the higher reaches of HP still irks greatly, this has got to change next season. If i was to give a mark out of ten for this season, then 6/10 would be about correct. Roll on next season and more of the same.. |

| The season sees us remain in League 2. That makes it a complete disaster.
On the plus side previous complete disasters have seen us relegated and very nearly thrown out of the league and this one hasn't so that makes this Brent's best (or 3rd worst) season so far.
There's no doubting that the team has improved but it hasn't improved enough quickly enough.
All that said Sheridan's trend line is heading upwards and so we have to be optimistic for next season.
Off the pitch we are heading towards the twin peaks of disaster. Either HHP goes ahead or it doesn't. If it does the club will be hamstrung for years, possibly forever, and if it doesn't lots of uncertainty regarding Brent's motivation will be stressed to breaking point.
The very best option is for Brent to be replaced by someone who isn't yet another variant on the Brent/Heaney property developer clone and for HHP to be shelved and replaced by a plan that does not strangle the club, does not threaten the park and stays within the boundaries of land traditionally associated with the club while allowing for the grandstand to be replaced with a suitable structure with the capacity to enlarge the ground in the future. In other words sensible, rational development of the sort that might be informed by a genuine consultation process.
But most of all we need some excitement, some flare, some entertainment because the last few years have made it very hard to support the club and this last one on particular has done nothing like enough to start redressing the balance.
And we need the club to stop treating us as bloody idiots and start both trusting us as supporters and telling the truth.
We could also do with that openness, transparency, integrity and community involvement we were promised by Brent himself at the Guildhall but I'm not holding my breath or even seriously expecting it to happen. |

| Some decent games and some absolute crap. Plenty of promise though, looking forward to next season already. |

| In a way it's been worse than recent seasons when we were fighting relegation - at least there was excitement. There was very little passion shown by the players, puzzling when so many of them are looking for new contracts, either here or elsewhere.
Yesterday's highlight had to be the Thunderbirds and Banton's goal.
And my losing bet that we would finish 2nd has cost me £5.

| Still in the bottom league and it's all gone to shit again in terms of performance. I enjoyed the win against Chesterfield - when we were on fire for about two weeks. |

| Due to our low quality players we allowed Exeter to escape relegation. |

| Disappointing did not want to see any Westcountry teams relegated, even Exeter. |

Agree, losing Torquay only reduces the Westcountry football footprint nothing good about it. |

| A Galleon will leave Plymouth 3 months before the fixture, book your places now! |

The problem is if Captain Christopher Jones is in charge you'll end up anchored off of Cape Cod....67 days later... and still miss the kick-off. |
