| Out tomorrow I believe. But we know 4 clubs that we won't be playing on the opening day of the season - Quote :
- Burnley will entertain Bolton on the opening day of the new season as one of six fixtures arranged to mark the Football League's 125th anniversary.
The Clarets' Turf Moor ground hosted games in the inaugural 1888-89 season. The other Championship fixture is Derby v Blackburn, plus Preston v Wolves and Sheffield United v Notts County in League One, and Hartlepool v Rochdale and Newport v Accrington Stanley in League Two.
Are we really still in League Two? |

Are we really still in League Two? Better get used to it Dougie. Boasting at fellow Devon minnows is the speciality of Brent's jamboy superfans. It's embarrassing |

| Well I never. James Brent worried about locking out fans and losing money to lack of capacity. - Quote :

Tuesday 18th June 2013 .....Argyle's League Two fixtures will be released tomorrow and reports suggest the club are hoping to play their home Devon derbies against Exeter City and Torquay United early in the campaign. That is because work on a new grandstand could start in late September, subject to planning permission from Plymouth City Council. Argyle would ideally like to play Exeter and Torquay, and possibly Portsmouth, before the stadium is reduced to three sides and capacity is cut.

| So at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning we get our first glimpse of our football life for the next year in the bottom division of the football league. Some reason for optimism in John Sheridan. Not getting carried away and not moist at watching us play Newport Accrington et al. Now some will immediately be pencilling in Portsmouth just to relive in mind but not body and bovver boots passed big games against them whilst it should be a salutary reminder about how far we've both fallen.
Anyway still hoping for Wimbledon away for the first game of season (but thats because i don't live in Plymouth) |

| Tomorrow I get the delight of seeing how many Saturday duties I've got to try to swop around just to get to home matches. Get's worse every season. Nearly didn't bother a few times last season. |

| Home to Pompey will be the first game of the season. Battle of the Lyndhurst, part deux. I never did get my crash-helmet back. |

| The club clearly didn't get it's way on that one anyway. Bottom line if the development does go ahead the lub is going to lose money on those games. Hope that's be acconuted for in the budget. |

| Just amazing how the posters on the other side moan and groan about the fixtures. We have to play 23 other shite teams (most of them 100s of miles away) home and away between August and May. At the end of the day the League Table doesn't lie. |

Er, will it? Southend away opening day, followed by Fleetwood home. We don't play Pompey home until October 12th. |

Whilst the logic is uncontestable does anyone else get the sinking feeling I got on reading through the list? The fare available is pretty rubbish if you ask me, nothing at all to stir anything, Pompey and the three West Country teams then utter dullage, nowhere at all that I enjoy going, I might have to transfer my allegiance to MUFC. |

| I came back from the farmers market, trout for dinner later, and switched on sky sports and fuckin Webb was chatting shit about the fixtures! Guffawing about guaranteed six points from both Devon sides, yawn.
I nearly put my foot through the tv.
If he can't pronounce his th's, he should really shy away from being frilled, finking, fis, fankfully and featrical.
