The potential is still there. It isn't at Exeter.

32k and 24k to New Wemberlee somewhere you've never been, 12k to OT not shore you've ever been there either, if only we had a big ol' ground and a nice pitch which other people had paid for.

3,300 was your average home attendance, wasn't it?

Big club, huge potential, fo' shizzle.

There's a good argument for Exeter to groundshare with the Chiefs IMO. They have some big terraces there and could piggy back onto their expansion plans. City havent got the means to upgrade St James so why not.
Big ground right next to the M5 and train station nearby, they'd be daft not to consider this.

With a base level support of 3k I see no reason why this couldn't grow a bit. If the serious long term goal is to reach the championship like similar sized club Yeovil have, Sandy Lane would have plenty of room and quality of facilities to accommodate large no. of travelling fans.

I agree. And if HHP goes ahead and Exeter move to the redeveloped Sandy Lane, they could have a bigger stadium than us. Another angle on why HHP is woefully inadequate for our needs and our potential.

I think Lord Tis deserves a mural for almost single-handedly dragging a Tuesday match thread all the way to the following Saturday afternoon.
