Plymouth the biggest naval base in Western Europe is worth shouting about. Plymouth Sound the best natural harbour in Britain could be a good shout. The football capital of Devon???? Not much to shout about is it,   especially when it's in red. Still I suppose it will wind up a few people or make them fall around laughing. It means I'll get some stick from some people in work  The fact we're actually above them in the league for a change is one saving grace I suppose.
