| I have to get up early tomorrow - if my alarm clock is cut off in the night, I'll be livid. I've ironed a shirt just in case.
I like the 'money no object' from Cameron when he's turfing old people out of homes run by Councils, selling off respite centres for people with special needs children and not providing things like decent meals on wheels services - he'll cut an entire city's budget by £60m but won't think twice about his Thames Valley commuter belt chums. |

I really am starting to believe that England is sinking so fok this, I'm off to Romania! Tell me about the freakin hail. I was out with the doggy. I thought oh, it's stopped raining, I'll just wear a hoodie and a scarf and put me wellies on. Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig mistake. Feckin hail the size of medicine balls, thunder, lightening (very very frightening - sorry, that's another thread ), the dog scarpered for his life with the first flash of lightening, I was cowering under a tree to try and keep dry. All in all, a momentous feck-up of a dog walk. |

| I was at Roborough traffic lights and I could have swore that the lightening struck on the grass a few feet away. It was like a nucular blast, everything went white and with the wind so strong I could hardly hold the bike upright. Before the lights had a chance to turn green there was about half an inch of ice on the road!
This weather really is quite odd.

| I was pruning a tree at the time the lighting came using my telescopic loppers. The loppers are 3.6m long and it is made of metal.I very quickly dropped the loppers and jumped into the van. Like gob I needed to change my underwear soon after. |

| Years ago I was sleeping on a beach in a big horse-shoe bay and a lightning storm came. It was fascinating to see it hit the water in front of us and dance around on the surface. Fascinating .... and a bit frightening. |

Should be in Mundane, sorry. No, that's far too good to be in mundane. I think you should auction it. |

No, that's far too good to be in mundane. I think you should auction it. Only if you kept it in your freezer in the meanwhile. |

| Camerons 'money no object' for flood victims and for flood and coastal defenses is looking a bit wobbly......Daily Telegraph mentions that Cameron is asking Brussels for help. That will cost us in the end....renegotiating what we pay to the EU will be straight out the window.
