| [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]What a feckin mess this is with the steel industry, Cameron trying to appear tough with the Chinese pm whilst at the same time licking his arse so hell fund a nuke power plant in Somerset. What a gutless bunch of fecks these Tories are. The US has put a huge tariff on Chinese steel whilst we blocked it. Just who are these feckless twats working for? |

| Does the trickle down effect work from China to us? Or is it just our super wealthy that share their money around? Lol to that thought. Anyway the welsh steelworkers could always be worse off, at least they don't live in a communist country, like China. |

| Cameron puts his foot in his mouth for the umpteenth time this year....did he really think the Queen would be interested in his comments about Nigeria and Afganistan being two of the most corrupt countries in the world.....she has been there, done that and got the T-shirt long before he had left the wreckage of another Bullingdon club night out with George Osborne and Boris Johnson......is this the man who leads this country.....another good reason to vote to get out of the EU after Cameron's pathetic 'negotiations' to stay in.
More EU legislation in the making just waiting for our referendum to be got out the way.....a ban on high powered kettles, toasters and hairdryers....all under the name "ecodesign"....they have already banned high powered vacuum cleaners and ovens.
The EU recently cost a smoked salmon distributer thousand of pounds to re-order his packaging.....because it didn't say that the contents contained FISH.....believe it or not he wants to leave the EU. |

| Crazy though it seems, basic common sense has no place in a court of law. If a packet of salted peanuts didn't say "contains nuts", you can bet someone with an allergy would have a go at a compo claim because of it.
'Tis the world we live in, sadly. |

| Some people would happily allow mass food products to be sold with no labeling whatsoever. As you say ammy, allergies are a big, big problem. Just where is the line drawn in some peoples' heads ? You either have warnings of food dangers, and suppliers responsibility, or you don't. We have huge socially changing practices, restrictions, regulations and laws to combat "terrorism" that kills/maims every 10 years no more than a month's slaughter on our roads, but that's all ok apparently.... warnings everywhere, every five minutes. The biggest threat since Armageddon. And I'm not even going to start with the rationing of health care that also kills thousands every year. Too many people think with their flag, and not their head. The "law" is one of the better inventions of democratic process. All we need now is for it to be applied without favour. More, better labeling is what we need. Often the end user is the one without the power to access lawful recourse. I do go on .......... but somebody has to. |
