forecast draw 3pts for score 1 pt for result, e/t 3 pts for score 1 pt for result. penalties 1 pt for result.

example 0-0 3pts e/t 0-0 3 pts then penalties 1 pt total 7 points for 0-0.

1-1 then Vale win 2-1 in extra time, nelson to score in 43rd minute
