I expect you have your buttons that can be pressed, Angry. The Armed Forces for one I should imagine. It's easy to do if posters think they can say absolutely anything they like. You'd soon start wailing then.

At the heart of this thread is the question of who owns Pasoti which in turn might, or might not, shed valuable light on many recent events surrounding Argyle (not the least of which was Deep Throat and the cover-up that followed it but there's many others) and how the team we all support is being run instead of which we are where we are.

ok ill elaborate on my post that some have missed or choose to ignore its meaning because they have a speeches prepared.

Davidfriio4 has or he had at the time an autism awareness avatar and autism awareness signature, i just made out i was aware of it as he was hammering the trolling of old posts a bit which oddly enough the advertising worked.

Basically some guy is in a social gathering and was doing the old chariacature "I don't care what people think, I just shoot from the hip, if people don't like what I have to say then tough, I speak as I find, it's a free world, I've always been like that. I don't suffer fools etc etc"

So the mild mannered guy he's talking to, just unzips his trousers and pisses all over the floor and carrys on talking in an everyday manner "I don't care what people think, I just shoot from the hip. It's a free world, if I want to piss all over the floor, I will. I've always done it, if people can't handle it, tough"

Semantics. A ban is a ban. One poster has returned, and again I would imagine there has been mitigating factors. There is always mitigation in any walk of life. Nothing mitigates in DTT's favour. He's not even an Argyle football fan. He didn't even talk football, the club or anything. Just race and religion issues, some of which was highly offensive.
If you think that sort of input  AND threatening behaviour is something that should be tolerated on a football forum, I don't. Not much more to say really.

Furrymuff. I don't tend to get involved in internal wranglings these days. ATD is democratically administered and one has to really be determined to offend others to receive a ban.
At least it's all in the open and threads are not doctored unless the material is particularly offensive.......... eg threats of violence.

I do some work in Yorkshire and they take great pride in the "speak as I find" approach.

In my experience it is an excuse to be rude, similar to the "I don't mean to be funny.....but..."

No one ever says we speak as we find here in Yorkshire and then follows it up with a compliment.
