| this new formation is working ok so far. But for me to play 3-5-2 you need to play a holding midfielder for it too be more secure. |

| In 3 games Hayes has contributed nothing. I think Hourihane is the problem he just slows everything down when we need a quicker tempo |

Clearly he is struggling for match fitness but i cant see Sheridan being to keen to extend his loan in a few weeks time. Harvey is on for boco. |

| so we have gone back to playing for a draw at home again.
Not a great game to watch a better performance but we will struggle this season unless we sign a winger who can cross a ball and a striker who can hit the target. |
