| The building of the "magnificent 2-tiered stand" is supposed to start after the Pompey home game.
When does the panel think it will actually start? (You may answer in terms of a number of weeks/months/years or by named opposition football team but no points will be awarded for using terms such as "imminently".)
For my part I don't expect it to happen before Christmas because of the potentially bumper festive crowds. Nor before Easter for much the same reason. Nor anytime this season if we look like mounting a promotion (yeah... I know) bid.
I'll go for a May 2014 start. If it is to happen at all. |

| When the pavillions development starts. Like you Sir Franny, I am waiting for the excuses why it hasn't started as planned.

| I actually think it will start pretty much as has been advertised, probably in the fortnight after the Pompey game.Surely there would be too much to lose for all the vested interests in the deal for any wait until next summer or whenever to be contemplated? I must admit that my interest in this has waned a bit recently, having accepted that we have been presented with a fait accompli-has any indication been given that the stand will be built at the same time as the hotel, cinema etc? If for any reason the project is delayed significantly, then Mr Brent would be left with serious egg on his face, which may even compromise his involvement in other matters within the city. Can't see it myself but there's always hope,i suppose. |

| I think the starting date will be informed by the finishing date. Brent will need Home Park done before the final payments are due to the football creditors because if they are not he won't be able to hand the club over to anybody. Well nobody in their right mind anyway. So there is serious pressure on Brent to get it going. |

| It'll start when it suits James Brent best. It would appear the sooner the better, for him/Akkeron.
But with the spineless Tudor Evans led PCC eating out of the palm of his hand, if there is any delay, you can be sure that delay will somehow be working for the benefit of Brent/Akkeron.
Argyle, their fans, and the pissy little stand Brent is obliged to knock up are all just a minor inconvenience as far as Jimmy's concerned. His eyes are firmly on the more profitable prize of developing Millbay. |

| I reckon it'll be started on time so he can get it done before the fc debt comes due and then get the club off his hands ASAP. Then we can all look forward to finding out through usual drip feed info how the club is going to end up paying for the 'no cost to PAFC' stand after all |

| I'm still hoping for some late left field intervention to completely scupper this whole miserable 'development' and send the banker scampering back up the A38. But if it is happening then it will happen on time. Brent does not want to own Argyle any longer than he has to and like others have said there's VERY pressing reasons to get rid ASAP. So to the delight of the superfans and the very short sighted and gullable "just get it built" brigade the bulldozers will be there bang on time next month. But the "just get it built" brigade's glee will be VERY short lived. |

| Id be happy to be waiting for years if it meant in time a technicality could raise its head and scupper the whole thing. But Freathy is right, the dozers will be there bang on que next month. |

| I think he'll start it on the Monday after the Pompey game so as not to risk being around to pay the fc debt. No doubt it'll be a quick, cheap and nasty build- I'm not too bothered as I'm never likely to be a corporate fan who this stand is only intended for. |

Notwithstanding that you have been in the corporate lounge, the word in there is that the Portsmouth home match will be the final one, before the whole operation is moved to portakabins at the back of the Devonport stand, with seating in Block 8. |

| So the "Detailed plans" are still being made up as we go along ? supporters of PAFC and the people of Plymouth have been hoodwinked by Jimmy B and PCC and in some respects we're getting what we deserve through our own lethargy. I find it hard to believe that any other City of Plymouth's size would be so desperately keen to hand an unknown and unproven entity such as Brent/Akkeron so many development opportunities without stringently safegaurding the interests of the City over that of the developer, as has been said many times on this forum "Something stinks". Hopefully they have overstreched theirselves and the HHP plans will have to be put on hold but that is very unlikely as it holds the key to a Pandora's Box of other highly profitable ventures which leads me to believe that it will be knocked up ASAP with quality and legacy for Argyle way down the list of priorities.

| Does the start date depend on all funding being in place?
Is all the funding in place?
Are there any grants involved? If so, have they been agreed?
Or will JB fund everything himself?
Are all the commercial units "sold"?
Who knows?
I´ve no idea when it will all start. |

I'll go for a May 2014 start. If it is to happen at all. Hopefully franny the ministand for superfans will never get built, its a stand in a cheap tacky retail park! i'm still clinging to the hope this crap never gets built. |
