As above, when do we all think his lip quivering days will start to wind down as from afar he watches the fat leech of his development suck the life blood out of a once proud club?

In timescales I'd say May 2015 at the latest.

Once brentville has been built and the stadium boxed in forever brent's quivering lip will never again be seen at an Argyle stuffing.

Once the football club is divided from all the other businesses at HHP and the club is "self sufficient" it will take no time at all for us to enter another administration, with no assets we will be fooked, then Brenty will save us again by moving us up the A38, as some of us have been saying for about 18 months now. 2 years?

He will hand the club over to the village idiots as soon as he has worked out the figures and can maximise his non investment.

The race is definitely on to get HHP done before the final payment to the football creditors becomes due hence all the urgency. In fact Brent selling up and moving on might, probably won't but might, give Argyle a chance to further renegotiate the final balloon payment to the various outstanding football creditors. If Brent is still in charge and that contract is reneged on then the Football league will throw a hissy fit and it's a relegation and a further 30 point penalty (c.f. Luton Town FC) for us.

If that happens Brent would have saved the club by stripping it of every last asset it once had, not settling the bills he was bound to honour and effectively getting us expelled from the Football League and in such circumstances it is not certain that the Conference would have us.

But then his only priority is to the Akkeron shareholders, isn't it, so no matter.

I got agree with the view that he will be gone as soon as his clusterfuck is built so he can move on to his next project leaving the club with mortal wounds that it will never be able to recover from.

If he gets his greed intake started next month then I give him 18 months before the real clowns enter the boardroom, then the fun will really start!

I'm quite looking forward to it now, it should be quite a laugh watching newell and webb selling Club keyrings and pasoti mugs to justify their free ticket in the directors box as well as Nikkkk in his Loan Arranger outfit with Hooper and B on their kneews in front of him.....it has cracking pish taking potential!

I am really surprised he has not been offered Drake's Island yet.

Upped the rent to the MOD for the navigation equipment on the island to cover his costs.

Someone told me they had looked around the island recently and the landing jetty is ready to collapse and most of buildings have trees growing out of them.

Used to love going on unregulated exploration of the tunnels not open to the public and the "slides" down to gun emplacements.

The Navy signal mast went long ago, thank fook the most confusing signals ever invented.

I heard that there is a load of unstable/ unmoveable munitions deep in the dungeons hence the lack of development.

I am stunned (i shouldn't be i know) that the higher rent the club now has and the lost of club owned land that brent has stolen isnt setting alarm bells ringing with the village idiots that think his clusterfuck is "great for the club and city"
