We used to play Ludo when I was a kid. F**king boss that game was!

The heartache of slipping down a snake at 5yrs old....could nearly scar you for life.....but a cuddle from mum or dad always helped you get over it.

The original GTA and GTA 3 were the best titles for me (admittedly haven't played the latest one yet). Nothing more joyous than blowing up the Jesus bus on the original game or the 'Bomb Da Boat' level on GTA 3

Ahhhh memories...

I played 3 hours today and loved every second. The weather effects are amazing - lightning is awesome.

I went to a strip club, pulled someone's house down with a winch, escaped from some Mexican drug dealers and stopped a woman being mugged today - I also stole a big truck, drove it through a port and dumped it in the sea - I then scaled a big crane, tried to dive off it, missed and died'on the concrete. An eventful day.

I hope any one hasn't allowed their children to play this... the language is rather adult.

Trevor.

He's not a nice chap. You're introduced to him as he's doing a biker guy's lady in a trailer park. He then proceeds to kill the offended husband by stamping broken glass into his face. As Trevor is picking brain matter from his boot he then decides to murder about 75 bikers so they don't seek revenge and then kills a bunch of Mexicans just in case. He likes the C word.

It's very much an 18 certificate game and it's wonderful. It's like being on holiday in LA. I spent an entire hour this morning just driving around.

I have also kicked a cow to death.

I'll be fooked if I can get to grips with the aim/shoot technique, especially whilst you're trying to chase someone in a car because they've just stolen your boat. It's unnecessarily fiddly. But I guess that's why I generally hate ps3 when compared to pc.

On the plus side though, the game itself is proper fun. Very Happy

I just rocked up at the golf club, played 9 holes (+3 not bad for first attempt), then stole a lovely sports car and drove up the coast. Then I took a cable car to the top of a mountain, got on a dirt bike and rode all the way back down.

That's the spirit Czarcasm. The shooting is a bit broken as the reticule is so small - change it to 'complex' in the menu and it does get bigger but it's still hard to see. Take a trip to Ammunation and do some shooting challenges - it will improve your aiming.
I'm almost 40% complete and did two heists yesterday and just as I was feeling like there's not much else to do, I meet a character and the World opens up again. It's gaming gold. It's going to win every game of the year award.

The most impressive part is that I've not seen one building that's repeated and the World is so believable - it's like a fully planned out city.

Online opens on Tuesday next week.

Also there's rumours of some mmo dlc involving aliens - possibly a huge, mmo alien invasion mode although I've noticed on the radio adverts for Ammunation that they're urging you to stock up on guns and ammo just in case there's a zombie outbreak...

Funnily enough I dropped by at ammunation and was gonna do just that. But there were a couple of dudes outside that I just couldn't resist the urge to start a fight with. I kicked their arses but then the cops turned up and shot me.

The legalize weed guy - I've done it with Trevor and michael. Classic GTA Smile

I've just unlocked the movie producer missions. I have an evening planned - I want to have Trevor do a triathalon first and then take a bike up the mountain. If you register on the Rockstar social club site, link your gamer tag and take a picture in game, you can upload the pictures to the website - you can do a selfie.

Haven't got to the movie producer bit yet, sounds interesting!

Thought about the triathlon, not sure I can be assed!

I've competed flying school which means I can fly commercial airlines, still get 4* wanted if you go into the airport though, only way to beat that is to buy a hangar!

I finished a cutscene inside the airport tonight and that leaves you to wander around with no warning level - there's a few jets around you can take - that was fun - I made Franklin bale out at 10,000 ft and that resulted in a long trip to the floor.

Trevor went cow herding the other day.

I like that. Very Happy

Quite a few of my evenings have panned out the same way lately. I'll be in the living room playing GTA5, she'll come in, stand there, look at me with a glare for about 5-10 seconds. I'll glance up at her, smile, and not say anything. She'll then huff (loudly) and trot off upstairs.

Change of plan tonight tho'. Champions League innit...

It's out'on PC early next year
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I traded this in last week as I'd 'finished' it, hated the online multi-player and as I'd pay £35 for it, couldn't justify turning down £31 trade in. £4 for the 60 hours I played it for is insane.

It's an astonishing game, the level of detail and the small touches that you hardly notice all make it the most realised console environment I've ever seen - even Skyrim wasn't this detailed a World. It's laugh out loud hilarious, poignant, exhilerating and stylish and just the best console game this generation. Nothing let it down, nothing was broken and it'll be something amazing to top this. The ending I chose was
Spoiler:

I see Ollieargyle on pasoti loved it.

The GTAV pc version will look phenomenal.

I'm only 55% through it. I only do main missions occasionally, as I'm too busy flying helicopters around randomly.

Choppers are ace ain't they?

I'll get the pc version when it comes out for the visuals and superior mouse/keyboard playability...
