| Right, that's Monday done.
It's getting colder here. They reckon 15 under on Thursday.
Must wrap up warm and make sure I have enough milk. |

| Is it just me or is Peggy's new avatar slightly disturbing I keep expecting it to wriggle it's nose and turn me into a frog or something |

| Yes, but at least this one hasn't got one wooden leg.
Elizabeth Montgomery died very young from cancer. |

| Crisis point - barely a dribble of the white stuff left in the fridge. An unintentioned trip to Morrisons it is then. I hate these trips. What should amount to a spend of less than a £1, usually ends up costing £20 or more. I know, I know. "Just take a £1 with you", I hear you cry. Well yeah, but there's bound to be loads of offers on two-fer-ones etc. |

| Just completed the second rigorous test of the new 13.5 tog duvet.
So far, it's doing very well. |

| Flippin eck. If I'd have posted that on the original mundane thread (you know, over there), I'd have had several responses by now.
Poor. Very poor. |

| Peggy I think the lack of replies could be down to your avatar, I'm sorry to keep harping on about it but I find myself trying and failing to read your posts without looking at it. |

I never learn. You have. You just don't know it yet. Sometimes there is a delay between the learning and putting it into practice. |

| Certainly is. It was a choice between putting the heating on or getting back under it to read my book earlier. I went for the second option. Also, having a new duvet has allowed me to redesignate the old, broken one. It's now on the sofa for snuggling. Sorted |

| Getting well fed up here. It's so cold my fingers keep going numb and I can't hardly get any work done. So I made myself a nice hot lunch to warm me up and now the food's made me feel sleepy so I still can't work proper. Wish I was somewhere hot |

| Just got back from dropping number two child off at Liskeard station following a detour to show her our ancestral seat of St Cleer. In St Cleer it was a mere 0.5 degrees. I could have done with a duvet. Had to buy some coal on the way back as I'm almost out of logs. |

Wish I was somewhere hot Hell? Not going there again - the food was rubbish and really expensive! Solved the problem by getting under the 10.5 tog duvet and reading the last 150 pages of my book. The murderer did it. |
