They've had this on the Hoe for quite a few years now. Our football team may be shit, but the Hoe and Plymouth Sound is a fantastic natural amphitheatre for stuff like this. Had to be cancelled mid-performance last year tho' cos strong onshore winds were blowing the fireworks dangerously close to land as they emitted their sparkly stuff.
