My lighthouse shaped clock tower is going to be built in the corner between the Barn Park and new stand. Due to the fact there won't be room for it in the alley and there is nothing else planned for that area. Is there???

surely the club isnt hosting a lighthouse family concert Very Happy as i'll defiinatley go to that.

but seriously
wouldnt that stunt the growth of the stand futher? or was ian's idea the real reason why he was all for akkeron's plans.

Given the individuals who are getting 'excited', I wouldn't expect much at all.

4, 000 seater family stand which has a candy floss machine and sells ice creams is my guess.

Webb is stepping aside for Larrieu to become President. Now that is something that would really please Argyle fans.

To be fair, the new stand news wouldn't be 'news' if it was just maintaining the small stand. It seems to me that this news could well be a compromise being reached with the Working Group and/or a new home for the ice rink with revised plans for the stand.

After the build up from Messrs Sparkes & Webb, if it is the stand it better be really good news.

Life's like that ..... Smile but I agree.

Hey, if we stay awake for another 5 hours we could get it from Sparkesy on his twitter feed! If that isn't enough to keep me awake with excitement, I don't know what would!

Talking of Twitter --

Chris Errington ‏@ChrisErrington1

See The Herald tomorrow for an interview with #Argyle owner James Brent about his plans for the proposed new grandstand at Home Park. #pafc

Uh-oh...

So what's it to be..? A massive 'reversal' in favour of the AFT and the fans, or an 'earnest' explanation of how he would like to satisfy the fans, but it's not realistically possible to do so?

Thinking about it more now, I reckon Warnock is most likely. Would the stand really get 'the football world' talking? Hmm, nah. Warnock would do and would quite possibly get us trending.

I fink it's because the greatest fans in the world deserve the greatest happy clappy Windsor Boy, I mean reluctant president in the world, to big up the best reluctant bidder in the world.
