| I think all elightened ATD posters should at some point over the day have a toast to our saviour and ex Lordship and overseer of the 30% Brents dynasty for a whole year of crapness at the Theatre of Schemes. Geddon Jimmy you have given a whole new meaning to Portakabins. |

| You can't say that nothing has happened it has. It just hasn't looked like a £6.5m job with full planning permission. |

| Aye, obvs things are happening - it's just happening at a painfully slow pace.
According to Mr. Hallett, the pace will pick up dramatically in the next few weeks.

| Virtually all of the enabling work has happened in the couple of months since Hallett taken over. Bent on the other hand...... |

Either way, it's still going to be 247 more years before it's finished, and 3529 years before we pay SH's loan back. I don't know what's messier - Brexit or this disastrous mankover! |

| If Uncle Si, had'nt bailed out the Brenty and Bungo Non Building company, the weeds in the old Grandstand would be ten foot high by now. |

The year of enabling works suggest to me that there is either a total lack of planning or a total lack of cash flow. The only thing that makes sense to me is the much discussed shortfall in funds with the costs getting away from Saint James have been covered by using any and all cash in through the turnstiles to fever the enabling work. Hence the shite team. |

| Well if the first brick has been laid why not set a clock on how long the build takes from here?

It's only Nooligan Zyph who objected to the clock. Found it a laughable subject from the beginning....but if it keeps some happy so be it....no matter how ridiculous it is....there's been brickies working there since the summer.....Cam 1 & 2 has shown them at work some days... and at present there very busy on the foundations of the new changing rooms....but all this doesn't count of course....I bet your friend Nooligan has been enjoying your head in the sand attitude. |
