It's also illegal to be 5ft 8 in Lewisham.

If this goes to court, it'd be amazing to sit in the gallery. I'd go dressed in a full Exeter City kit - with the socks pulled right up.

Go Jock!

I'd go wearing whatever I was wearing that day. And in hope that the lies, abuse and bullying of the last 18 months can finally come to an end.

By the way. I wonder if this 'top internet lawyer' who didn't have anything better to do than hang around on a football fanzine site is the same 'internet lawyer' who once sent a letter that any non-lawyer could spot was not written by a lawyer?

Well any non-lawyer who happened to be an educated wanker, that is.

I would go as a PASB member and claim diminished responsibility.

I'd go with a pencil & note-book. Then I'd go away and write a novel because I couldn't make it up.

This parlous state of affairs has been building for many years, ever since intolerance of legally held views became the norm on Pasoti. Old baba was full of pious crap when I and others were trying to warn against trusting in Stapes and his lovely family. Even then, the signs of self interested toadying were plain to see.

Once the bully boy mentality realised what control the internet could have over others, there was only ever one outcome.

Im amazed at the double standards within the club as to why this kind of crap can happen not once but twice and yet the individuals concerned are allowed to frequent the bar on a regular basis without repercussions, if it was anyone else and all that....................
Disgraceful, the stink of corruption from PAFC grows greater with every passing day.

From Nool on Pasoti:

Glad you find it funny Andy.

I know people badly upset by this crap.

So do I Ian, Roger, and myself after all the threats and the hiring of a P.I. amongst other shit

So are you in a cell now Jock? Laughing

Surprised the comments stayed the night on 200% maybe the author of the article is another victim lol!

Nool denies it still:

Interesting? Yes. Truthful? You're having a laugh. There are Norma at least 3 people who have gone to the police about this man in the last 24 hour, plus I'm waiting for an on line solicitor to get back to me.

Can I suggest that you wait and see what transpires before you attempt to put 2 and 2 together.

This is very one sided, one is a loose canon whilst there are others who are more measured.

You can see by the slow uptake of the thread that most people either think it's rubbish or they don't want to get involved with such a person.

So Newell is still denying it all and Jock is lying?

So you didn't email Rick Cowdrey then Mr Newell and demand the Q&A be stopped?

Yup spent the night in a padded cell after being whipped by Nools infamous online lawyer lol!

Three people have gone to the police about me now! I'll be inside for years at this rate.

Most people don't want to get involved with this person? Yet him and Chris Webb were happy to blame a young lad who works at the club, not caring that I'm this unhinged lunatic who would go after him. Says a lot for those two then eh?

Does he really expect people to believe that he has a 'top online lawyer' at his beck and call.

Thought he only dealt with REAL people.

He's on a hook and he's wriggling.

So it appears that greensince73 has been told the same things that I'm saying?

Must have been Postey who told him he set up an account where "things got a bit silly" really Postey you fat ugly cnut, got a bit silly did it with the threats, the naming of my mother and sister and Tony Hooper snooping around trying to find my address and giving my mother's details to Lee Jameson who showed them to all and sundry on a GT'S coach last season?

Bit of silly fun was it Postey? Notice Postey's not saying a word on Pasoti about it, just commenting as Dominic on the blog. Wanker.

I had my email address book hacked and a virus planted on my computer, I have no evidence that it was Nool that planted the virus, he was the one that posted my email online for everybody to see though. He still had all my personal details that I had supplied to pasoti and not him probably six to twelve months after he had me banned from pasoti.
