Argyle have taken 25 points from 15 games since Sheridan took over, which is not a million miles away from automatic promotion form.Key statistic-11 goals conceded, including 6 clean sheets.

There was a lot of negativity surrounding Sheridan's appointment on Pasoti but I was really happy with it.

Only one or two players short of a good team?

This is the form table from when Sheridan took control after the loss to Port Vale. Pretty impressive.

That's a good site where you can customise the league to show allsorts of interesting stuff like form against top half sides etc.

Bristol Rovers form has been outstanding since John Ward took over as well. Not sure if he has been able to use unlimited funds or if he is just a great manager but he has them hot on Shitty's heels and could sneak a play-off place with 4 wins now, although it's a long shot.

Oh I've just seen that my link hasn't kept the info I put into it Razz

Rovers form is amazing, after 24 games they were below us in 22nd place averaging 0.92 points a game!

And interestingly, or boringly if you like, Argyle under Fletcher for 24 games also had a goal difference of -7 which is what we are now. The Port Vale game was a 4-0 defeat but Sheridan hadn't been appointed then and Fletcher had already gone, and under Fletcher we scored 29 goals in 26 games, whereas under Sheridan it's 15 goals in 15 games scratch

Just shows what an excellent job JS is doing- there's certainly one thing to be happy about at the moment.

Of course it's far too positive. Despite continuing to attend, season ticket being my folly, Sheridan has seemingly made a less pigs ear out of the complete pigs ear that he was presented with on his arrival. Feck me, berate that fecker for doing a good job. After six years of fecking inbreeding and decay, no I haven't looked at your family tree, is it any wonder that positivity is in a fecking recession.
