| Would you rather be attacked by 10 duck-sized horses, or one horse-sized duck? |

| Come on! If it's a stiff tailed then no question I could take on any number of those (up to 10). But if it's a Muscovy - they're evil bastards. They ought to be on the dangerous birds list. |

You reckon? Look at the beak on the stiff-tail. Imagine that beak, but horse-sizeStill feel lucky? Punk? |

| 10 horse sized ducks? Can you imagine the piles around a pond for all the little kids who like to feed them. It's bad enough with duck sized ducks.
Also if they were snow ducks then think of the confusion for the Yeti searchers. They seem easily confused already without that. |

| I recks I'd be abes ter take abait 10 of them. it's like a dog with a less fearsome mouth. the horse's main weapon - it's powerful legs - are completed negated by the reduction in length an girth. |

| But there couldn't be only one horse sized duck. It would have to have had parents. Only one of anything is just silly and it would be on the endangered species list along with Exeter supporters. |

See, I was quite enjoying this thread, then someone has to go and spoilt it. The single creation would obviously be a genetic mutation a la Godzilla, the first of its kind, born hermaphroditic so whoever gets to front it up better kill the bastard or we should be infested with the feckers in no time. |

| I'm sure the Exeter fan would take exception to that, bit drastic isn't it? I would never have been that rude about him/her either. |
