Sir Bruce Forsyth was the star of the weekend.
No. Bobby Womack was. As far as I'm concerned.

Yup - Nile Rodgers and Chic was my favourite until Lord God Sir Bobby appeared last night. I had a little lump in my throat during Please Forgive My Heart and a few tears came out when they struck up Across 110th Street.
By the by, I love the way Nile Rodgers plays. Apart from his feet, his whole body's upright and still while his hands go like fury. Must try to find out if he can help me improve my posture.

Tom ODell was brilliant on the introducing stage, he was half way through his set when someone told him his album had gone to no. 1! What a day for the guy. Congo was amazing.

Imagine if Slipknot were Estonian, had watched a lot of Vic & Bob and owned a banjo. This was part of Estonia's 'song for Europe' contest. I quite like it for some reason. The band are Winnie The Pooh (translated).
The lead singer seems to have a dead fox taped to his arm and I'm not sure what the pink drummer is supposed to be but he's either a blancmange or a woman's breast.

Didn't it win? It looks like the result of Mumford and Sons breeding with the Power Rangers and starring in a horror film!

Thank you for starting my day with something that says "It can only get getter from now on."
Truly a wondrous experience!
