Bought the new Daft Punk album. I really like it, summer tunes nice and funky I've been boogeying on my crutches
Apart from Get Lucky which was number 1 there's a couple of corkers like these:

It's ok Granddad they're on our side. I'll put Vera Lynn back on for you anyway so your blood pressure doesn't go mad.

Last week I was in an audience of 7 (yes 7 I counted them twice) at the Windmill pub in Brixton with my better half (yes I know how to treat a lady) to see Lake Forest. He was very very good. Completely up my musical street.
The 'band' do that "Feel The Lobe" song on he current Summer of Sports ad on Sky.
Good remix that. Still prefer the original tho, a bit more subtle drum & bass....

Talking of Rudimental, John Newman who did the vocals on his "feel the love" track has his own tune out tomorrow. Pretty ace it is too, especially the piano breakdowns which have a nostagic feel about them for me cos I loved all that type of stuff when the rave scene was at it's peak over 20 years ago....

Watched the last night at Glastonbury last night, vampire Weekend were quite good, Lianna La Havas was brilliant as we're of Monsters and Men, I thought that Smashing Pumpkins were good, The XX sent me to sleep and Mumfords weren't a lot better until they closed with the Vacccines, The Vampires and sang Try with a little help from my friends which was fantastic, loved PIL earlier in the day as well.
