They've really got the big guns out now to make it a two pager on the Argyle discussion section

Half a dozen family members, pilgrim mike 1 who wants Newells babies and came up with, Ian Newell, Argyles jewel lmfao. There is an attempt to ask why it's even being discussed anywhere other than terraces but postey soon put paid to that.

I do like whoever says if people can't find anything about Newell dodgy they make it up! The only person who couldn't find anything wrong that Newell has been involved in is Tony the snooper Hooper, who was too busy knocking one out over a photo of Mrs Newell in a bikini.

Do these people really not know about everything the fat cnut has been involved in or are they all Pasoti mods? Seriously these people probably still don't believe that Elvis is dead.

When you're a thick Janner, the Nool has shown the way to get the keys to the executive toilets. If it wasn't such a disaster for the club it would be amusing.

I think it was for defamation of character (his). The solicitors letter never arrived..........(again)

i would say in ANY circumstance like this a very good reason solicitor letter not arrived.............

if on over 30k a year - NO legal aid so got to pay the WHOLE cost.

he would go to solicitor (minimum 1hr meeting, cost 140 + vat) to establish overall facts & write to 'accused' (lettter cost 100minimum+vat).
that meeting alone likely to cost approx 500 all told.

claimaint would then reply with their reasoning (solicitor cost again) & possibility of 'counter claim' for the 'accused' expenses.........

drag on for months........costs ,000's! NO guarantee of success either.

No guarantee of success when your inane blatherings are based on nothing but piss, either.

The only reason a flickr account was used was to store screenshots for moderation purposes as Ian was unaware that his pc had no hard drive and he didn't know that he could add attachments to emails. It is a genuine and valid excuse.

That issue alone shows the man's deep insecurity. I feel a bit sorry for people who feel the need to store evidence as a contingency for possible future disputes. There are obvious and clear psychological problems involved and if you live by the sword but need to do that, then that is a dangerous combination. It's the nosey neighbour syndrome, the type of individual who reports every perceived indiscretion to an Authority syndrome, the sad lonely internet person syndrome.

I had a username of porkstain on Exeweb which Nool mentioned that he knew it was me on pasoti, funny that.

Pedlar and twoface didn't last long running the farm Nobber back where he loves it best, centre stage

Chris Webb texted me saying he was going to the Police over being banned from ATD for having the same IP address as Greenman. That was on 1st November!

He was also going to the police over Grovehill allegedly sending him threatening PM's on Pasoti around a year ago now.

Newell boasts he has his own solicitor for online activities, sort of tells you what he gets upto online, but he seems about as effective as Hooper is as a Private Investigator.

Maybe the club have warned both of them against involving the Police as it would look bad for the clubs reputation, having two scallywags sat in the Directors Box, alongside Mr Big?

Maybe I was just having a moment. One of those middle aged woman who wrote a history page for the programme for years and who also did loads of anti-racism stuff for the club but who dared to speak out about a couple of things and had to be silenced moments.

How could this be under the new transparent Pasoti? No threads get moved, no posts deleted or bans handed out, so Peggy you really must be going a bit doolalley, unless of course Postey is just being a complete throbber again. Drumming up support for Nobber Nool and then repelling any truths being told about the fat cnut? Even calling on the experienced, old and drunk, Ponty, to stick up for their hero, even though Newell tried blaming Ponty for posting the threats as Greenman, as well as a young lad who works at the club.

The thing is IMHO he is good for this club and is responsible for raising thousands, probably hundreds of thousands to help others, some dont like him for one reason or other but thats thier choice,
