| I've now run out of bananas, but should have time to get some tomorrow lunchtime.
Got some free books today (it happens), which is not particularly mundane. Although some would think so when they saw what they were.
Definitely having cauliflower cheese for tea. |

| Went for the deluxe version (see the cookery thread). In the course of making it, I (a) nearly blew up the steamer and (b) made the kitchen smell all burny doing that thing where you forget to check what's in the oven before heating it up. Again.
However, it was very nice and I had a second helping.
(Well actually I only put half of it out first time, because it's nice to go back for seconds, even when you've only had half a portion in the first place. Innit.) |

| I should accept the offer, Grumpy. You never know, it might soon be your turn to play. What would you do then if you didn't have a shirt?! |

| I've just had a pot of Greek yoghurt. I don't know what it is that distinguishes Greek yoghurt from other yoghurt. Probably owes money to the Germans. |

| It seems my Just In Time approach to milk buying has been subconsciously extended to the purchase of bananas. Yesterday I bought two and ate them both. Meaning that, when the seven year old asked for a banana for her breakfast this morning - which means, naturally, that the four year old would have wanted one too - I didn't have any and am therefore in the doghouse.
Got to go to the post office in a bit. While there, I shall buy another two bananas from the Coop. |

| It's raining heavily.
(It can't be because the BBC says it will be dry until this evening.) |

| Today I have been to the post office again. Bought a Milky Way from the Coop on the way out.*
I have also - oh joy, what a frabjous day - done something I hate doing for the last time ever. Ever.
*It's ok to post about going to the Coop on here, Iggy. In fact it's a staple of mundanity (which I prefer to call Mundance). |

| A weed suppressing membrane that I laid in the summer, now has weeds growing through it - in December.
Very disappointing. |

| I'm not a huge James bond fan but the reviews of skyfall all say it's the best ever so I do want to see it.
I have a really bad copy of it but don't want to watch it because the picture is crap and then I will be disappointed and know the plot. It's like having a xmas present in your hand you're not allowed to open. |
