One of those places where you have to press a mind boggling combination of buttons to get through, finally-

Posh female computer voice - "Your call is important to us, please hold and an advisor will be with you shortly".

Me - "Would like to tickle your tits, and feel your fanny".

Posh female computer voice - "This call is being recorded for training purposes".

Me - "Bloody Hell"

Yup but the rest of the van was in good shape and had the rear camper conversion so we've got a newer model arriving on Wednesday.

Means we've had to fork out some more dosh and use the knackered one in part exchange but we were quoted so much to repair it that I think we've done well out of it.
