You're the football expert Freathy. Have a look on the BBC website and tell us if their line-up was a strong line-up. I'm sure you know their squad inside-out.

Well I reckon that most 'football people' will be absolutely amazed if a 32 year old fireman from the League of Wales, turns out to be the answer to little Plymouth's goalscoring problem.

Who knows? He may or may not come good for us. If he does I will be pleased.

But the language of "clown" and "duped" was what I was responding to.

Well, I'm shocked that we managed to take it that far.

Northampton's the test, mind, and it doesn't make me any more positive for that one.

Another fanfest, after last time when I jumped up on stage with Rick and Dave for the Janners' song, then sprayed my can of tribute all over the top table, I'm not sure I'll be invited.

Is it home or away? Not that it matters...bigger fish to fry, etc.

A couple of my friends in Southsea asked if I'd want to go and watch some Premiership football in nearby Soton the other day. I said yes, and we're off to watch them play Spurs next month. It'll be nice to see some skill again.
