About 40 mins. You'll miss a Forzed On You Verde display. They've got ribbons on sticks and everything. |

| Can't say I noticed. Then I guess you are closer to the source(s) than most. |

| Spent all of last season on the supporters coaches, their not that bad. The main problem is plodding along it 50 miles per hour and stopping at services for ridiculous amounts of time, but the banter/fun factor is much better now. |

| I went on a supporters' coach to Forest for an FA Cup game in the 70's. We lost ,of course 2 - 1. Bastards left me and a mate in Bromsgrove because we'd nipped into a pub for a pint when the coach driver parked outside it for half an hour, looking for a hospital , where one of our party was being stitched up after meeting Bristol Rovers fans at a service station. We had to get to Brum and get the milk train to Plymouth. Met Willie Ormond in the cafe at New St . Never again |

| Never been on a supporters coach.
Went on the "Battlebus" which was a minibus hired by RoTG website and was usually driven by Gus/ Budoboy and posters such as ArgyleIve, Mumpy, HPJ would also go. Did quite a few trips - Leeds, Leicester, Derby etc. Brilliant laugh and I could get pissed enough to watch us lose at another Championship club. I don't remember a lot of the Derby game!

You going to Oxford on Saturday Frank? No mate. I am actually making a flying visit to the motherland this weekend. I may attempt some London games this year but upcoming events will probably limit my options. |

| On the train from cloudy Bournemouth with a couple of cans of Scrumpy Jack, a pack of cheddars and the box set of Auf Wiedersehen Pet. Happy days and in the social club for 6pm. Remember Tring this is a travelling drinking club Not confident at all but the match is a by-product. The football always seems to get in the way of a good day out. Geddon. |

- Yeah don't bother keeping a seat for me though Cobi. I might give this one a miss on the supporters coach in this heat?
Wafting fat man sweat all the way to Essex without stopping long enough for a panic wank, not for me thanks all the same. I was thinking that, but I never go to away days on the train anymore, lets just say I'm not very good at trains, routes, times etc Yep, I'll be there. I wouldn't dream of going via any other method than train. A nice bottle of red and the Guardian whilst my driver chugs me through the English countryside. Perfect.
Only people who are medically or legally unfit to drive go on the official coaches don't they..?
Are you on the GT's coach Cobi? I use the supporters coaches because they take me from A - B, yes I may be a Devonport High boy but transport isn't my strong point.
I have been on the GT's coach, once, that was awkward, never again :p I remember being on the supporters coach going to Newport when Noddy's somewhat erratic behaviour meant the police searched the coach from head to toe convinced there was booze on board. 40 minutes we were at the roadside until the coppers called assistance because he was pissed off with Noddy following him everywhere singing - We love youuuuuuuuu Argyle, we doooooooooooooooo every 10 seconds.
blast from the past, is he still with us? |
