'Tis indeed a bit of a nonsense,we're not even fourth best in Europe.Strange to see Uruguay in third place above the Argies and Brazil,i suppose they did reach the WCSF in 2010 though.

I would imagine the wonderful S & P are in on this latest footie rating, after their success in the ongoing nation state credit rating game, giving those PIGS a bit of a pasting. Who would ever have thought we were still so highly rated in both finance and footie by a few dodgy suits in a golden hotel room with a 4gig memory and an app to die for. God bless those suits. Its only because all of those south american country's dont play in the euros which gains us a shed load of points or whatever because we won a few group games
