Do under 17s have a world cup ? Do girls have such a thing in the interests of fairness ?
Everything is a spectacle for some. I suppose this sort of thing is the modern equivalent of the Sunday Independent dedicating 6 pages every week to local football news.
I went to the Woodside tonight with some poor Home Park attendees. Wall to wall football/then boxing afterward on multiple screens with no one watching them. Couldn't hear ourselves speak, pollution is everywhere, particularly cheap sport video nonsense. Cultural imperialism. They were told to turn off the screen or we were history. They complied.

The Woodside was a regular haunt of ours back in the day, not another sports Bar?
