| Now that Max and Walton have been signed up, there is bound to be a couple more.
Who is the next most important player to sign on?
I would absolutely love to see Alex Macdonald come on loan for a season, great player. |

| Would love to see it but would be really surprised if it happened. |

| I wouldn't be surprised if Hemmings signed- no way good enough for the top two divisions- and he seems to have enjoyed his loan. |

| How about Connor Hourihane? Didn't Carl Fletcher say he had such potential that he was going to build the team around him. I was really impressed by him early on, but he seems to be getting worse rather than improving. Or does this say something about the coaching he's receiving here rather than natural ability. |

| How about - and I have no inside knowledge at all - Alan Gow, Liam Sercombe, Daniel Nardiello? |

| I think Sercombe will go onto better things- looks one of City's few remaining good players. |

| Without wishing to sound to 'Aviva' I think a move to us would be a step up in terms of promotion push, more money, etc. He's not Championship material in my opinion and I reckon we could match L1 offers. |

| I notice Paul Connolly has been released by Derby. He'd be a class act alongside Bhasera, Purse and Blanchard. |

| I would say that the (in your opinion) part of the thread title is misleading, or even simply wrong in the context used.
I can't work out exactly why, though. |

| Hotlips is already contracted for next season,so he will still be here regardless.A couple of decent strikers would be nice.Preferable ones who can regularly hit the back of the net rather than the back of the stand. |

Slighty off topic, but that just reminded me of one of my favourite songs: When the ball hits your head, at the back of row Z, It's Zamora. |

| See on the official site Fltecher is talking about Chadwick and next season. Has he actually signed or does his contract run out this June? Good man to have in the squad but we need better than him in my opinion or at least a player who can be relied on to be fit for more than 20 games a season. |

| Back the days when contract details were in the public domain it was stated that Chadders had signed a contract with Argyle taking him up to the end of the 2013 season. So he is here for the next 12 months, although he'll probably be injured most of the time. |

| Chadwick...
Waste of wages...
Five goals in nineteen games and a couple of sub appearences?
And three of those goals came in his first four games.
From the reports written -- it seems the more he plays the worse he gets!

| Think you might be unpleasantly surprised there DTT.
I know what your playing budget is, and have a pretty good idea what ours is (from none other than JB himself). Think Exeter will be having the fire sale, not us. |

| Izzy MaCleod...now that guy would have the memberships flying out the window.James Brent said we had a pretty decent player budget. And he's a pretty decent player and used to playing in a cr@p team so would be quite at home here. You never know pigs might fly.Not the very fat ones mind you. Cerbs great minds, obviously. |

| All affordable debt dear chap.
I know Tisdale would love our playing budget next season. But we'll settle for six easy points. |
