| Plymouth's left-sided centre-back Macaulay Gillesphey has been spotted at The Valley today. close to a deal for the 2l8-year-old.
Charlton Athletic are poised to beat another League One side to the signature of defender Macaulay Gillesphey, according to the Sunday Mirror.
The Addicks want to make additions in this month’s transfer window and the Plymouth Argyle defender has emerged as a target. Gillesphey has played just four times in the Championship for Plymouth so far this season; he made 35 appearances in League One last term as Argyle won promotion. |

| Sorry to see him go in a way because he's done well for us over a period of time and was unlucky to sustain an injury early season. If he's not playing though then at his age best decision is to move on and from Argyle's viewpoint a slot is created for someone else to come in. Good luck to him. |

| not championship standard why he was offered anotehr contract last season is questionable as he wasnt that good in league one for us...
none the less good luck to him at charlton. We need another defender so must have one or two lined up. |

| Also I noticed Ben Waine didn't feature in the match day squad at all today with Freddie being the striker on the subs bench. If not injured maybe he is also being lined up for a possible loan? |

another who isnt championship standard. He was rumoured to be attracting the interest of a Japanese Club for a transfer so maybe that has some legs too it and if it does we should snatch their hands off to cash in on him and recoup what we paid with some profit cause he wont ever be a champioship standard player. |

Yep would be good to get some £££ for Gillesphey and Waine so the new manager can hopefully bring in a Championship standard defender and striker. Also IF we get past Sutton on Saturday and draw away to a top Prem side maybe some more £££ for the transfer pot! |

Good point about the cup tie-seem to remember Schumacher saying that how much money was available for incomers partly depended on the cup, so the strongest possible team needs to fielded next week imho. BTW, anyone else think that Hardie's goal was uncannily similar to Geoff Hurst's hat trick goal in the 1966 world cup final? |

| Both Waine and Callum Wright were victims of the sickness bug. Bundu didn't get on so he's obviously leaving. Hardie got subbed so he's off. Cooper's injured, so he's away. Cundle didn't start so he's being recalled and sold to Stoke, along with a number of others (insert player's names here) We're doomed. And yes John, there was a similarity between Hardie's goal and Hurst's. We thought it was all over.......but it wasn't |

| Fans of most clubs look forward to the January window. For Ago fans it's always time of fear and dread. |

I hope it is just a rumour cos got a feeling Hallett would bite there hand off or anyone else that offers 4 to 5 mill ..that’s the trouble we’re talking Argo here though it won’t be Jan window as angers said we need him to stay up but come end of the season summer window that’s when there start swooping specially he keeps playing the way he is |

David Norris for chris clark, Ebanks Blake for Steve MacShit AND MANY MORE. |

We somehow need to hang onto him until the summer which will be extremely difficult with Prem clubs circling. I'm certain Villa will receive plenty of interest in Azaz also. Could be the January window from hell. |

| No rumours of incomings just our best players being poached. New January window same old shite. Managerless Argo going into the business end of the season very considerably weaker than the first half of the season. Invest heavily in the team Simon 'property not players' Hallett or do one. |

its day 3 lets give a little longer before becoming private frazer with the we're doomed. The club keep its transfer activity in house and rarely do we know for definite who they are actively pursuing or not which i dont have an issue with that saves the we cant compete talk when the rumoured players go elsewhere. |

| This ain’t looking good …No Manager as of yet ! The best midfielder at the club (be it a loan )is looking like his off to the north east and what with the vultures circling above Whittaker as well be it now or in the summer ! Also Gillespie off to Charlton as well we’re really short of bodies and with no signs of any players coming in any time soon and the silence from sigh the American investment company guy and the board has been deafening it’s not looking to good so if they do wanna stay in this league ( im not so sure they do) it’s time to start spending a bit of that compo you got Sigh maybe you could have kept Azaz |

| Middlesbrough Southampton and Bristol City all in for Azaz. Boro winning the race apparently.
Hardly surprising he’s attracting all the attention, particularly after that goal on Monday. Sad times. |

| sad to see Azaz leave he has been some player for us who only got better as this season went along but this is a departure we are powerless to prevent as he isnt our player and this club wont bid £2m and extra to better middlesbrough's offer we arent there yet, FFP wouldnt allow it either which is again another reason why the club need to do more to increase income streams into the club all year round so we can get there along with additional investments. |
