Too many miss placed passes and giving the ball away again today but we always score at home. Think it will be honours shared again 2-2 with Whittaker and Hardie finding the net.

Well that was some half of football. The Azaz goal was quite simply, magnificent.

| Plenty of positives with that game today which for me overshadowed the negatives

Argo no problem scoring but conceding far too many. New manager has to address this shipping goals problem as a matter of urgency. Hope we still have our two best players Morgs and Finn at the end of January! Azaz being recalled by Villa to sell (possibly to a Championship rival) does feel like it might happen and approaches for Whittaker will be inevitable. Just hope we don't revert to type and let him go for way less than he's worth.

what a game to watch and given the conditions they players played in that was some doing... I cant help but feel we slipped up with this game and not taken the 3 points but some fantastic goalkeeping from the Watford prevented that in the second half. Amazing goal from Azaz, good to see Hardie back on the score sheet too along with another from Whittaker (those block 3-4 goons really need a better song for him as the one they are trying to sing for him is shit but at least they no longer sing that even shitter song about lowe and schumacher ) nothing we could do for the first 2 watford goals especially the 2nd as that was a good goal it has to be said only saw that on sky sports news cause some fat bastard took an age to get back to seat so his row in front of me where all stood up. The 3rd one was again another goal we conceeded where poor communication between the defenders and the goalkeeper caused it. Asprilla jnr coming helped change their fortunes alot he is a special player who im sure will be sign by a premiership side very soon. I was happy to see us go back to the 3 at the back and it worked well for us hopefully we play that more but we shall see what the new manager does there. overall great game to watch yet im disappointed we didnt take 3 points and took another point but happy with what i saw from the players if we sign 3 players this month that can help us push on and the new manager can build on the foundations here then there is no doubt in my mind we will be in the championship again.

Watching Argyle at HP these days must be like a throwback to the 1940's and 1950's,certainly isn't like watching a Pulis team. Cracking game really, some fantastic goals in atrocious conditions [wasn't far away from going straight home when sat in the car beforehand, glad i didn't].Not sure if the type of player that Argyle have in the team makes it inevitable that they are going to concede a lot of goals, opposition teams seem to have little difficulty in getting through or behind the defence no matter what formation or personnel are used-maybe a more defensive minded midfielder would help the back players do their jobs more comfortably. Then again, how much attacking power would be lost because Argyle are lethal especially when counter attacking. Bit of a conundrum for the new boss to get his teeth into and it will need to be solved because home draws won't do the trick when all's said and done even though a fair gap exists currently.
