| The world's gone to yak shit. I can only laugh or I'd be looking for a length of rope! Tensions rising fast in the south sea of china re china/Tawain, India 'accidently' fires missile into Pakistan, new 'lethal' Covid variant identified, spreading fast, and named as 'Delticron', Ukraine fears Belarus could invade from the North tonight! 16k mercenary fighters from middle east joining the war, fighting for Russia. Chemical attacks on Ukraine feared imminent - oh, and from the Evnin Arold, Katie Price is visiting a salon in Saltash. Tickets for that are £80 a pop! That's finished me off. Where's that 10 year old single malt I've been keeping back for the apocalypse? Happy apocalypse everyone |

| Twitter feeds saying Russia is attacking Belarus via air strikes, so they, Belarus, think it's Ukraine attacking them, therefore, it's all the excuse they, Belarus, need to enter the war and attack from the north in conjunction with the Russian offensive. This really is a despicable war. I'm jumping back in to my time machine. This time I'm off to the tiny Scottish island of Todday. If you've ever seen the film 'Whiskey Galore' you'll ' get my drift. |

I'm jumping back in to my time machine. This time I'm off to the tiny Scottish island of Todday. If you've ever seen the film 'Whiskey Galore' you'll ' get my drift. Again both sides are lying through their teeth and fake news gets spread as fact by the media.. relocating to a tiny scottish island seems more appealing then 24/7 bullshit from bbcnews and their muppet sounding Lyse Doucet. I have 3ft by 3ft of land in glencoe so my lord title should secure me a new safe space lol |

| I've never heard so much fake news coming at us from all angles these days, trouble is people aren't stupid but many are selfish and it gives the public the perfect excuse to not give a feck. Project fear started it. |

| Russia warns Western arms shipments to Ukraine now 'legitimate' military targets A senior Russian diplomat has warned that Moscow now considers arms shipments to Ukraine as legitimate military targets.
In comments that will raise fears over potential escalations in the conflict, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Russia made it stance clear to the US.
He said Russia "warned the US that pumping weapons from a number of countries it orchestrates isn't just a dangerous move, it's an action that makes those convoys legitimate targets".
Mr Ryabkov also denounced US sanctions against Moscow as an "unprecedented attempt to deal a serious blow to various sectors of the Russian economy", but insisted Russia would act in a measured way to avoid hurting itself.
He said Russia had no intention to expel Western media and businesses, adding: "We aren't going to escalate the situation."Credit: Sky News
Interesting move from the Ruskies. |

| More blather from the Bolshies. Sure the arms are legitimate targets but only when in Ukraine. Shooting them up in Poland would be the start of WW3 and they know it. As for sanctions it's not just the US but the whole world bar India and China. |

Weapons shipments actually in transit in Ukraine, as you say, are legitimate targets. The issue remains to have far the Ruskies will adhere to that. I get the sense Vladolf is trying to escalate conflict with the west at any cost , regardless to what he himself - and that Lavroll also - says. |

| I see the British ministry for (dis)information (BBCski) is reporting the Russians are attacking a military installation near the Polish border called "International Center for Peacekeeping and Security in the city of Yavoriv". Lol the spin is ridiculous. At the end of the day even you call a military installation a peacekeeping center its still a military target nothing like the flats and apartments being strafed to feck. I do seriously worry we will get dragged into this and the UK press would love it. |

We would all hope that there were no NATO personnel at the base during the attack by the Ruskies as that could be a tricky one. Latest reports say 35 dead and 57 injured. |

| Aftermath - Sassoon Have you forgotten yet?... For the world's events have rumbled on since those gagged days, Like traffic checked a while at the crossing of city ways: And the haunted gap in your mind has filled with thoughts that flow Like clouds in the lit heavens of life; and you're a man reprieved to go, Taking your peaceful share of Time, with joy to spare. But the past is just the same—and War's a bloody game... Have you forgotten yet?... Look down, and swear by the slain of the War that you'll never forget.
Do you remember the dark months you held the sector at Mametz— The nights you watched and wired and dug and piled sandbags on parapets? Do you remember the rats; and the stench Of corpses rotting in front of the front-line trench— And dawn coming, dirty-white, and chill with a hopeless rain? Do you ever stop and ask, 'Is it all going to happen again?'
Do you remember that hour of din before the attack— And the anger, the blind compassion that seized and shook you then As you peered at the doomed and haggard faces of your men? Do you remember the stretcher-cases lurching back With dying eyes and lolling heads—those ashen-gray Masks of the lads who once were keen and kind and gay?
Have you forgotten yet?... Look up, and swear by the slain of the war that you'll never forget!
Written in 1919 and still as relevant today as it was back then. I'm going to send it to Geoffrey Cox. |

nope ukraine president realised he cant keep letting his people die for his own ego and looking like he's willing to backdown on the joining nato status, because the longer it goes on Russia will swallow ukraine up so its better to actually work for peace while you still can and im sure Russia doesnt want more losses on their side either. Reading up on the comedian president of Ukraine jesus wept this gut only a year ago was called a dictator!!! |

Reading up on the comedian president of Ukraine jesus wept this gut only a year ago was called a dictator!!! A good watch is 'Ukraine Burning' - if you can find it. Most sites have conveniently taken it down. They, Ukraine, well, it's leaders and their armies, have an evil and turbulent no so distant past, including genocide. Not quite what MSM would have you believe. Of course, that's not a slight on normal citizens of Ukraine, who as usual are the innocent victims caught up in a mad mans war. |

A growing chorus of lawmakers on both sides of the aisle are calling on the Biden administration to provide Ukraine with fighter jets and weapons to bolster its defense against Russia's continued attacks.
