Good win, only listened to second half, which sounded much better than the first. Great analysis by Rory Fallon as usual.
Well done to Schuey and the team. cheers

That's a relief, well done to the Shoemaker and his apprentices.

Argo just about hanging on.  We might regret those misses.

Hanging on my left bollock, only one team in it second half and that was us.

Bleddy excellent result.

Great unexpected win today. Missed the feckin goal queuing for beer at h/t. Really pleased for the shoemaker and his staff. Seemed like we conceded possession way more easily than usual, although we seemed to create more in the final third.

Nice to give them a kick in the nuts for ending our halcyon streak a month ago.

Geddon Shuey bhey.

Same here-1 minute of extra time, thought nothing would happen but as Cloughie used to say-"it only takes a second to score a goal". They used to show the action on the screens in the foyer but that seems to have stopped. Anyway, a good precision finish from Agard having just seen the highlights and an equally good left field selection from Schuey to pick him, shades of Sturrock mark 1.Charlton were on top for about the first half hour and a couple of good saves from Coops were needed, the one from the header was especially good. To their credit Argyle stayed in it and gradually got on top in conditions which were clearly not helpful to fluent football, thought Camara really got to grips with it and began to dominate in midfield. Second half was definitely Argyles and Hardie and Agard both spurned good chances to wrap it up but save for a bit of a flurry near the end Charlton never really threatened and Argyle deservedly imho held on for the win. Well done to get a back-on-track sort of result against opposition who have been flying recently.

Luckily our missed chances didn't ruin the day. Some good saves from Cooper there.

The Charlton supporting in laws were very subdued after the result. Very Happy

FFS! Hardie spooning one over the top and then was it Camara with a terrible miss we could easily have scored 3 goals. Superb work from midfield for Agards goal not bad for a poor team. Laughing

I haven't heard from my son and grandson...who are ST holders down the Valley.....at least makes up for the recent defeat there....but I'm afraid it's going to take a lot longer to get over last seasons humiliation at Home Park.

I must say that i was very supprised the club didn't acknowledge Marvin Morgan and Peter Jones' passing before kickoff yesterday or at least had the flags at half mast.
