Don't rate fallons commentary at all tbh, in the Steve Davy mode mumbling out cliches all the time. The Jock fella who used to play for us(name escapes me) is excellent imo.

My own football commitments being called off due to storm Dennis meant my first visit to HP this season was on. Was really impressed with everything, really good things happening on and off the pitch. Argyle play some super football going forward at times with some fantastic link play and interchange. My only concern was the midfield looked a little open when Crewe counter attacked and you have to say argyle were fortunate with the stonewall penalty appeal in the first 5 mins and the miss of the century shortly before argyle grabbed the winner. That’s football though! A very good win and performance in wild conditions.

Eh? Not playable? The only issue that made it bonkers was the wind. The rain wasn't even heavy at any point. That pitch could have taken a deluge and still been absolutely fine to play on.

Older posters may remember a 'miss of all misses' by Ronny Rosenthal about 30 years ago. Believe me, theres one in this game that truly rivals that. I've never ever before seen a whole stadium on its feet laughing so much.

Both teams still tried to play good football. Great game you missed Angers.
